The customer is contacted by one of our representatives to ensure that they are still interested in refinancing, and if so they are transferred directly you or one of our loan officers. Most of our clients are reporting conversions of 12% to 18%.
All prospects are verified that they are a homeowner (not a purchaser), the minimum loan amount they are requesting is $100,000, and that their house is not a mobile home.
The only other filter option is by state.
The price for Hot Transfers if $100 for CA and $75 for other states.
The minimum order is 25.
